You don’t need comedic stylings, influencer looks or superhuman talents to build and grow a successful online business. But it does help if you’ve got a strong sense of purpose, grit, and resilience. It’s both. The goal of the Empire Era business accelerator is to launch your brand new (or refreshed) signature, scalable coaching offer into the world and have your biggest cash influx yet. You’ll then be able to recreate this success over and over again.

If you’ve already been paid to work with private clients, or have significant coaching experience under your belt, you will launch a group coaching program.

If you are a total beginner with zero to very little experience, you will typically focus on scaling up from your first paid beta clients to a sold out private coaching launch. You can then re-visit the materials to launch your coaching offer in a group coaching format next time (if you so desire). If you do want to shoot for group coaching straight away, that’s up to you, but we do ask that you do so in integrity, aka your beta clients have given you very positive feedback and you feel confident in your ability to get people results even though they have less access to you.

Yes and no. You will learn the core, fundamental, timeless business principles of human-centred offer and curriculum design and feel-good sales, which could of course apply to creating and selling a self-study course. You will learn how to create bingeable content that converts, stand out messaging, and exactly what it takes to become a leader in your niche, all of which could of course fuel a sales funnel to a self-study course. I could go on.

However, the focus of this course is on developing the scalable coaching package that clarifies your signature methodology and is proven to get a variety of people significant results.

We firmly believe that if you haven’t mastered entrepreneurship to the point where you have made minimum $50K working with a huge variety of people, ideally in a group coaching offer, refining your process, honing your messaging and sales skills, and are overflowing with confidence and testimonials, you aren’t yet ready to sell a self-study / “passive” course with zero hands-on support in integrity.

You also typically needed hundreds of thousands of followers to generate enough traffic to sustain evergreen funnels as the conversion rate is the lowest of any sales system (this is the big downside to it being “hands off). That, or spend thousands of dollars every month on ads, and even then there is ZERO guarantee that they will turn a profit for you.

You can go to some other #bossbabe willing to teach you how, but you’ll probably fail, sadly. Sometimes you really do need to walk before you can run.
